Agree with the 'hard to get hold of' part! I'll add to this:-I'm also going to make available all three of the 32-bit XP service packs; SP1, SP2 & SP3. These are original MS Network Administrator standalone installs, which I've had archived for quite a few years. They've always stood me in good stead. Anybody who's interested, they're on my Google Drive:-Just go to that folder, and d/l whichever one you need. Please do remember, though; although they were clean when they left my 'Puppy' server a couple of months ago, I can't guarantee what may have happened to them after they left me.
The download above just finished so we'll see if it works. I don't even need it for more than a few hours - I just need XP to convert some things and then I won't even need it any more. Now though, keep a backup of the ISO image now, because this things come up more often than not. Be prepared:).

No probs, Frank. FYI, I've still got the original install disk that came with our old Dell lappie when we bought it, back in 2003.

No service packs at all.In those days, Dell used to supply direct to the purchaser.and you specified exactly what parts you wanted fitted, before you actually placed the order, prior to shipment. Back then, I didn't know one end of a mobo or CPU from the other.which is why I've ended up having to seriously upgrade nearly everything on her!Happy days.Mike.
